Meowls: Well, I decided it’d be AWESOME to make something special like MEOWLS. Cat/owl hybrids... In space! What’s not to love about that? I created my meowls by placing the cat faces over the owls, then blending it all together using a combination of the patch tool and color replacement tool. It was pretty fun to do!Wheow

Polaroid Collage:  This project uses photoshop in order to create the effect of taking several polaroid pictures, and then piecing them together.  It helped me to learn more about layers and masks. -Aleah

A Picture Worth a Thousand Words: My project took an arrangement of different words and layer masks to create a photo that looks as if it were created by text!

Planetscape: It took a good amount of time to create and a lot of frustrating patience, but I got it. I think it looks nice, but it could be improved in my opinion. All in all, it was a great idea.

Alexis- I took my best light and shadow photo by using the flashlight on my phone and shining it halfway on my cats face and setting the camera to black & white and setting the camera to a lower shutter speed

Taylor- I took my best Light and Shadow photo by slightly opening the blinds to allow sunlight to hit the cat, JJ, as he laid on the floor.

Steven- I took my best Light and Shadow photo by setting my camera on Fireworks mode and then I waved a light stick that flashed different colors. It captured the movement of the light with the camera and the photo was produced.

C.S. - How I took my best light and shadow photo was using finger lights bought at a dollar store and moving them around randomly. I put my camera (Canon T3 Rebel) on TV mode and set the timer to 20 seconds.

Trevor - I took my best light and shadow picture when it was dark in my room and set my shutter speed to 30 seconds and tried drawing a claw with a tactical blue led.
